Welcome to MIIMO Kids Collection! Thanks for joining our 'Miimo Kid' programme.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Programme both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and a 'Miimo Kid' (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Programme, 'Miimo Kid' agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as a 'Miimo Kid' or participate in the Programme in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY 'Miimo Kid' Programme Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your 'Miimo Kid' Programme Registration.
2. Requirements:
You must be a UK resident, the child has to fit into the sizes that we stock (1-5 years), have 100+ social followers and be passionate about our brand and what we represent.
Once you have been accepted tell all your friends and family about your unique ambassador code to earn commission + score free swag. You will also have to follow, like and subscribe to all of our socials. If you unfollow, you will be taken off the programme. When creating your post make sure to tag us, and use the hashtags #MKC and #MiimoKid
3. 'Miimo Kid' Links and Coupon
'Miimo Kid' link is automatically generated, this code is for you to purchase clothes from our site that you will then promote on your page. This code should not be shared with anyone. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and uses your code, yours is the one that counts.
A 'Miimo Kid' might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on the 'Miimo Kid' link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
A 'Miimo Kid' may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ... .
4. Commissions and payment
When a customer to make a purchase on our website using your code, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).
For a 'Miimo Kid' to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the 'Miimo Kid' Programme is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
5. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotions to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
Your photos will be shared on all of our social sites (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,...), as well as on our websites, instagram stories and highlights. If you no longer want to be a 'Miimo Kid', then your pictures and all media will be removed and destroyed appropriately.
6. What you will receive
As an ambassador, you will receive your own 20% discount code which is exclusive to you and only you. This code is for you to purchase clothes from our site that you will then promote on your page/s. This code should not be shared with anyone. If you get caught sharing your personal code you will be taken off the programme. Ambassadors earn a 10% commission when a sale is made using their code. This will be payed out monthly.
To earn free swag, your code has to be used a certain amount of times.
Your followers will get a 10% discount with your unique code.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the 'Miimo Kid' registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
8.Term length and Reviewing process
Our ambassador programme runs for 3 months and will be reviewed after this.
The reviewing process is based on the amount of times your code has been used and the amount of posts you have made.
9. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: miimokidscollection@gmail.com.
